這些由大提琴家賈斯汀·皮爾森和 5 弦大提琴家佩德羅·席爾瓦演奏的 JS 巴赫大提琴組曲錄音由發燒直刻拾音大師Mike歷時一年完成，其中包括由鋼琴家凱瑟琳·洛克希爾演奏的舒曼第三組曲的鋼琴伴奏。
5LP 套裝在德國以 Optimal 壓制。
豪華套裝包含 5LPs 加上 Eric Siblin 的“The Cello Suites”平裝書和一本“幕後花絮”的 32 頁“製作”小冊子。
它們在倫敦的 Temple Church 和肯特郡 Chevening 的 St Botolph’s Church 的美妙音響中錄製，只用兩個電子管麥克風錄製。
